It’s a beautiful day here in Colorado! We got a little dust of snow this morning and yesterday morning, isn’t it just beautiful! We have beauty all around us. Yesterday I had a family of deer to pass in front of me as I was doing school drop offs, it was a beautiful sight indeed. It’s getting cold here in the mountains, that means warm sweaters, hot chocolate and homemade potato soup, yum! Last night we made homemade banana bread and it’s a family favorite. It’s a recipe that has been in my husband’s family for many years. This is Sandy Johanek’s Banana Bread recipe, that’s why I call it Homemade Johanek Banana Bread. You can add your own favorite ingredients as well. One of my daughters love chocolate chips in her banana bread, so we also love adding those little extras that the kiddos love. So, here it is the famous Johanek Banana Bread!
